as vrea sa stiu si eu daca imi trebuie vreo declaratie de la proprietar pt o masina adusa din germania ( NU a fost adusa pe platforma) ca sa o pot inmatricula , etc , pe la politie , daca imi cer aia vreo declaratie. Multumesc anticipat.

Nu. Brieful mare radiat + ala mic si contractul de vanzare cumparare.

Daca in brieful mic este trecut cel care a luat nr la masina in Germania, iti trebuie si contract de VC cu el. Daca esti trecut tu acolo si pe contractul de VC cu neamtul aia e. Mergi la RAR, financiar, Politie. Spor!
