Nu mi mai merge turometrul

Scuze ca am postat 3 topicuri, dar este din cauza netului (merge foarte prost).

In incercarea mea de a monta niste ceasuri de bord, am fortat un pic turometrul si acum nu mi mai merge. Ce pot sa fac sa il rezolv ?

si inca o intrebare.. unde am firele de la pozitie ?
